  • Jane has provided individual counselling for over 25 years, combining traditional psychotherapy approaches, with a Danish psychotherapy model integrating mind/emotion/body learning.

  • Her relationship counselling draws on systemic and narrative approaches as well as training in Gottman couples therapy.

  • Jane’s focus is to support clients in learning new skills to live satisfying and fulfilling lives, build core strengths and inner resources, and tailor counselling to the needs of​the individual or couple.

  • Masters in Counselling Psychology from UBC
  • Bodynamics Therapy (A body-based Developmental Psychotherapy System that integrates psychomotor development, cognitive and depth psychotherapy, brain research, and quality of contact and healthy relationship)
