- Jane has provided individual counselling for over 25 years, combining traditional psychotherapy approaches, with a Danish psychotherapy model integrating mind/emotion/body learning.
- Her relationship counselling draws on systemic and narrative approaches as well as training in Gottman couples therapy.
- Jane’s focus is to support clients in learning new skills to live satisfying and fulfilling lives, build core strengths and inner resources, and tailor counselling to the needs ofthe individual or couple.
